“Our dog dislikes car travel and is scared at the vet’s visits, so we’ve relied on her receiving her immunizations in the car. This year she needed to be weighed and the tech came to the car and had no problem getting her to walk into the office for weight, exam, and immunizations. She then proceeded to calmly walk back out to the car and jumped in. It was a complete transformation from the previous year’s visit. The staff was calm, spoke softly to her, treated her gently and with respect and she responded accordingly. It was the best appointment we have had and it was because of the great care of the staff. Kudos to them all.”
