The office don't commicate between departments, jacking around appointments and surgery dates and don't return calls for days till called back. I should had gone to metroplex after the dr that I was seeing left for same reasons and the employee turnover from Dr's down to receptionists, I know a few ex-employees and patients that has said the same. The place hasn't changed in 4 yrs. My daughter worked there and got tired ofthe way patients are done

Dr. Richard Lee Kern is excellent!! He operated on my neck and the results have been amazing!! He is very friendly, takes time to answer your questions and makes you feel like a person not a number!! Highly recommend this neurosurgeon!!!
