The Shaded Feather Salon Decatur
“Am new to Texas and always have anxiety finding new hair stylists. Penny did not disappoint! Much to my surprise, she was able to do what I had yet to have any other stylist do! She asked questions, listened to what I wanted and she exceeded all my expectations! I throughly enjoyed the visit and the price was very reasonable. I look forward to going back. Thank you, Penny!”
