Rick’s Plumbing earned my business and this review by doing something that seems simple but is apparently not common anymore: they were honest, upfront, and treated me with respect.

Before calling Rick’s, I had contacted another local plumbing company with great reviews. My mother met them at the property, and then they called me to discuss repairs for three leaking sinks. During the conversation, I repeatedly asked whether the quote included all three sinks. After being told multiple times that it did, I agreed. Only after I clarified one final time was I told the quote actually only covered two sinks. When I asked how much it would cost for all three sinks, the price jumped significantly $1,000. I then learned they had never even looked at the third sink. When I said I needed time to calm down and get additional quotes, I was told I would owe a $95 fee if I wasn’t moving forward. I was frustrated because I felt I was being asked to pay for a quote that wasn’t even based on a complete inspection.
