Everyone I’ve interacted with so far have been so nice and explained everything well. It is pricy, but I think if you’re someone like me who has PCOS and will likely need multiple maintenance sessions just due to hormones, it’s the best bang for your buck. I initially scheduled a consultation and it was very thorough. I felt at ease moving forward. They heard my concerns that I experienced with another laser hair center and seemed to genuinely care and do things different. I had my first treatment today and so far so good!!

I have had Nurse Katherine do most of my treatments and she has been the absolute best! She makes you feel comfortable and ensures you're okay throughout the treatment process. Not only that but she makes sure to efficiently and thoroughly get all areas of the body. All the nurses I've had have been super nice and great at what they do.
