Thankfully I've always had good service. They did move to El Camino Real and Bay Area Blvd next to where the old HEB used to be. Parking is way better. They are located to the left of the salon entrance.
I’ve been going to this place for 2 years. Their eyebrow service is good but their chairs are extremely uncomfortable. They are taped as you can see in the picture!!!
The chair does not go up and down and al the chairs are essentially broken and has not been replaced for 2 years! I would continue to go if they atleast get some comfortable chairs !!!
Not satisfied with the older ladies on threading or tinting my eyebrows. The lady actually told me that I have to come another time for shaping. The name of the place is S.H.A.P.E.S??♀️ might I add, my last threading and tint were at this location. Very disappointed. I will drive to Pearland or Alvin before visiting this place again. They need more ladies to keep up with demand.
