“First off I called and talked to Cullin Creech and he was incredibly kind and helpful. He even tried to help me fix it over the phone. He said they were two weeks out and would get to me as soon as possible. He told me what to do in the meantime while waiting for them to come. About an hour later I got a call from Logan with Creech water softener and plumbing. He told me that the job he was on was in my neighbor and he finished it much faster than he thought. He and an associate named Gage came immediately. They looked at and worked on my system very quickly. They found nothing majorly wrong and told me what I had done might have temporarily messed up the soft water. They were very professional, expedient, and helpful. I was very impressed with their integrity, honesty, and their work. I highly recommend Creech plumbing and Water softener company.
