We needed to get the shut-off valves (original from initial build) replaced. We initially thought we only had 6 to do and ended up needing all (14) the shut off valves and hoses replaced.
Round two with Creech plumbing. No there was not an issue of what Logan did. We had them come back out to install 3 sinks and a new shower kit. First off I called and talked to Cullin Creech and he was incredibly kind and helpful. He even tried to help me fix it over the phone. He said they were two weeks out and would get to me as soon as possible. He told me what to do in the meantime while waiting for them to come. About an hour later I got a call from Logan with Creech water softener and plumbing. He told me that the job he was on was in my neighbor and he finished it much faster than he thought. He and an associate named Gage came immediately. They looked at and worked on my system very quickly.
