First off I called and talked to Cullin Creech and he was incredibly kind and helpful. He even tried to help me fix it over the phone. He said they were two weeks out and would get to me as soon as possible. He told me what to do in the meantime while waiting for them to come. About an hour later I got a call from Logan with Creech water softener and plumbing. He told me that the job he was on was in my neighbor and he finished it much faster than he thought. He and an associate named Gage came immediately. They looked at and worked on my system very quickly. They found nothing majorly wrong and told me what I had done might have temporarily messed up the soft water....read full review
Is Creech the cheapest price in town? Probably not, but the best price doesn’t always equate to the best job. Personally, I don’t mind stepping up a bit on price if I get good service. Well, Creech knocked it out of the park on this water heater replacement. I can’t express how accommodating, thorough, informative and professional Creech was on this job. They have proven themselves and I will be using them
What a great job!!! They pulled the metal mesh from the back bathroom vent which had made it down to the 2nd 45 degree bend & caused one major blockage! AND they did not have to sawcut the foundation!! Job well done!
