Our propane furnace would not start up on one of the colder days this winter. Justin P. found that condensation had built up and prevented the lighting of the unit. Not only did he fix the immediate issue, he climbed deep into my attic to find the p-trap that was preventing condensate from draining. From now on, I want Justin to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on my two heat and a/c units -- because I know he will take the time to ensure that this equipment remains failure free.
