Pharmacy hours are not clearly stated online and the receptionist was not nice when I arrived expecting for the pharmacy to be open. Please be nicer you have no idea what people are going through.

Dr Nguyen and Dr Uddin are very thorough physicians. I have been going to the Watauga clinic since 2021, and I have had nothing but supreme treatment from the lab to the pharmacy to the administrative staff and the medical assistants. Also, the facility is impeccably clean. So, kudos the the custodial staff, Dr Nguyen, Dr Uddin, the lab, pharmacy, medical technicians and administrative staff!

The receptionist at the door(female Hispanic older lady) is useless and dismissive, she doesn't want to do anything that requires her to move from behind the desk. I had previously checked in at home and received a barcode and she couldn't even take the time to show me to use that, however, Dr. Shreestha Smritri is kind, thorough and attempts to meet all of your needs, I'm happy to have her.
