This place has gone down the drain. I've been a patient for 5 years. Dr. Haefeli retired, the company got sold to Pulse. Then everything went to absolute crap. The staff either doesn't care anymore, or have their hands tied by Pulse policies. They can't keep a doctor for more than a couple of months - which means if you need to renew your prescriptions, it must come from a new doctor, which means you must revisit, which means you must pay a new office visit. So your 8 dollar perscriptions, are costing you an additional 200 every single time the script needs a renewal.

They have rescheduled my appointment FOUR times now. My original appointment was supposed to be in May, but they called again and now want to move it to the end of July. No thanks. Time to move on.

Want to let everybody on here know that the last MD dr here is leaving the practice and that means no actual MD Dr's left at North Tarrant Family Practice just NPs. Just fyi.
