Had Zip Air come out in July to give us a quote for a brand new unit. Quoted me accurately. They tend to run a little under middle of the road for quotes be these guys do a great and professional job so they are worth paying a little more for. Got a service scheduled and they got it installed within the day. Cleaned up any mess they made and very polite. Recently had a clogged drain that made our unit quit working and I called them and they came out on a Saturday and fixed it quickly. They also honored the warranty so it was no cost to us. Lyle and TJ, the owner, came out to help. They were honest, courteous, and professional. Their pricing was reasonable, which was truly a blessing.
