Had a leaking toilet, Westin was great, he gave me several options for a fix with different quotes. I choose to get a whole new replacement toilet, Thought the price was reasonable. The guys were quick to install and professional. Always have a good experience with Lochridge. Thank you, Westin !! However I now have poor water pressure and trouble watering my yard so I will be calling so this problem can be corrected

Ernesto Flores showed up at my door with a friendly smile and great personality. I shared the issue and mentioned I was moving out on 7/9. He was super busy but he squeezed my big plumbing project in before my move date. It was a bigger issue than we thought, but he stayed the course, always with his friendly smile, and got it done!
