Everyone was very nice. The Doc explained everything very well. My hearing is bad even with a hearing aid. He was very patient and made sure I understood what he was saying. The nurse I saw before the Doc was also very nice.
Went to Ascension Urgent Care due to postoperative fever and concerns about possible pneumonia. I was seen promptly by Dr. Lippe. After a thorough examination, including urinalysis, chest x-ray and Covid test, I was diagnosed with COVID relieving my concerns about postoperative complications. Dr. Lippe and staff were courteous and professional. Would highly recommend this location when unexpected medical problems arise.
I’ve been seen at this clinic on 3 occasions when I couldn’t get in to see my primary. They are wonderful! From the front desk to seeing a nurse practitioner and then seeing a doctor, it was awesome! I was seen promptly after arrival, labs were done and received either immediately or within a few hours. Meds were immediately sent to my pharmacy. They are very caring at this clinic and everyone there was a delight to encounter. Top notch!
