Registration, assessment and treatment plan was efficient and professional. The MA who interviewed me and did my vital signs was friendly and professional. Valerie Donaldson was professional, reassuring and friendly and explained what was causing my sore finger and provided a treatment plan that she explained and she confirmed that I understood before I left. Very satisfied. And today, after about 72 hours my sore finger is almost healed.
I went to Express feeling poorly & running a slight fever. I was swabbed for covid & the flu & was given a chest x-ray to check for pneumonia. All came back negative at that time. However, I received a call from Express this morning & was told the flu panel which had been sent to the lab was positive for Type A Flu. I was prescribed Tamaflu. I had also been given Albuterol in liquid form to use in my nebulizer to do breathing treatment.
My visit was productive as both the nurse and doctor responded positively to our situation there by giving us peace of mindfor the solution to the problems we brought. It was a nice to have visited the clinic.
