I have been working with David Orr for two months. I would highly recommend David to anyone, of any age, at any fitness level. He is extremely knowledgeable and customizes the workouts to match YOUR goals. I am already seeing results and continue to build my strength, agility, coordination and balance. My workouts are always different which keeps it interesting. I look forward to our sessions and always feel great afterwards. David is one of the BEST trainers in Waco! ?

I absolutely love this place. Been working with a trainer for about 4 months and the involvement and patience he has with me is amazing. The gym is always clean and I see the members and staff continuously sanitizing all the machines after use. If your looking for a safe place to focus on your goals. I highly recommend the LAB.

I'm 51 and in the best shape of my life thanks to my amazing trainer Josh Barrett. Josh has provided me with his expertise and guidance to increase my muscle size and strength. Along with my performance improvements he has also guided me with my diet and nutrition to support my progress in the gym and out. More importantly he has helped develop a new attitude in me. Along with more confidence and drive to stay healthy.The lab is a great facility. With great equipment and is very clean. I love the one on one with no outside interruptions or distractions.I also want to give a shout out to Osiel.
