“I am a relatively new client at Cooper and Company. I followed my pedicurist there. It is a lovely, large, salon with a boutique full of lovely things. It is open and pleasant and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I see Vanessa for my pedicures. She specializes in hard to care for feet. I have diabetic feet prone to ingrown nails and Vanessa takes those out. My feet feel so good when I leave there. The clients I see leaving the salon having had hair and/or nails done look lovely.“

She goes over everything with you finds out what your problems are and shares her finds and explains it to you so you can totally understand what is happening with your body and how she’s going to help you fix your issues. “Love this gym! Very calm and friendly gym environment. It's small, so you're not having to wait around for equipment or worry about there being a ton of people crowded around you (which I love!). Like I said, it's a smaller gym, so it doesn't have hundreds of machines, but it has all of the basics you need to get a really good workout in (squat rack, leg press, smith machine, nice dumbbells, cardio equipment, etc.). Gym is clean and everything is in good condition! I typically only have to share the gym with one or two other regulars + their trainer. Everyone is so nice, polite, friendly and accommodating; they are happy to share equipment and make sure they're not in your way or hindering your session at all! I love working out here and will be sad to leave. If I weren't moving, I'd train here forever.“
