It has been 6 weeks since Gage
transferred us to the new Avaya system and has failed to provide customer serve and address the issues created by the transfer.
They have not reconnected our ringer for the shop area, added our fast dial contacts back, remounted wall phone .........
Currently looking for another provider.

I highly recommend doing business with GAGE. We reached out them to discuss switching our VOIP system over to them. We received a quote from Brian the same day and it was too good to pass up. The price was by far better than what the others had offered, but the product and service's they offered were the main selling point for us. The entire process from start to finish has been quick and seemless. All questions (and I had plenty) were answered quickly and professionally.
