I have been having an ongoing problem with my Service Pro computer and my Hp printer. They don't like each other and my printer wouldn't print. I print a lot so I really missed my printer. We are Geek Squad members so I called Geek Squad and they tried twice remotely to correct the problem to no avail so we scheduled two appointments for Geek Squad visits and it would look like the problem was solved but it wasn't. I found Prompt Technology online and I called and scheduled a home visit. Josh came out and he found a way for my printer to work. It is great to have a printer again! Prompt Technoloy and Josh are my "go to" computer repair solutions from now on!

They know their stuff, I had a friend whose computer got hacked, they were able to clean it up by remoting into his computer. They got it done very quickly. I was there with him at the time, I've used Prompt Technology many times in the past, for both personal and business.
