My wife contacted this company to inquire about a free estimate. Before scheduling the appointment, she made it clear to the dispatcher that she was not ready to make a purchase or commit to the project.
When the estimator arrived, he refused to discuss flooring options or provide an estimate unless I was present. I am not involved in this project and have no intention of participating in the decision-making process. Despite that, their representative insisted on involving me.
