Saying goodbye to a pet for the first time is painfully heartbreaking, but the staff was incredibly gentle and made the experience as peaceful as possible. Maddie’s final moments were filled with comfort—eating treats thoughtfully provided in the room, resting on a cozy bed, and being surrounded by her family’s love and praise.
What touched us most was Dr. Haley Daniel. Even though it was our first time meeting her, she wept right alongside us. A few days later, we received a beautiful, handwritten sympathy letter from her, sharing how evident it was that Maddie was deeply loved. It was such a meaningful gesture.
