Today is 4th of July and Dr. Travis Schaar opened up for us today and was great! He took care of our Ruby Rose who is a 4lb you’re and was bitten by another dog and had to have X-rays and stitches! He took extra care of her and was very attentive and professional. His staff Hillary was very helpful and friendly too!! We registered all our family dogs for any future visits!!
Have been taking my pets to Hilcrest animal hospital for years. My dog, Wally, was near the end of his life and needed to be seen immediately. When trying to make an emergency visit, Hilcrest dismissed me and was met with attitude over the phone that they were booked. Called Main Street and they took him in immediately. The staff and vet were all so kind and friendly. Wally went to their vet twice that week, unfortunately he did not make it as it was just his time with congestive heart failure. They also sent a card in the mail after his passing. Thank you so much for the kind and warming experience. I will now be taking my pets to main street from now on.
I have several dogs and this place is Heaven sent! Mine had 2 dogs bit by snakes and they took care of both so fast and warned me about what kind of snakes are in this area, since Im newer here. I can always get in as a walk in which Im so grateful for! I recently took another baby in with a sore and he has bad anxiety and they were so helpful! I truly appreciate the staff here!
