We are new to the area and recently had to say goodbye to our beloved super senior, Maddie. It was our very first time at Lone Star Animal Hospital, and the love and care they showed our family went far beyond anything we could have imagined.

Saying goodbye to a pet for the first time is painfully heartbreaking, but the staff was incredibly gentle and made the experience as peaceful as possible. Maddie’s final moments were filled with comfort—eating treats thoughtfully provided in the room, resting on a cozy bed, and being surrounded by her family’s love and praise.

Awesome experience during a stressful time with our Chihuahua. Thankful for such an attention staff. The vet Haley Daniel made a fairly quick diagnosis and got him on meds immediately. We will trust them if either of our dogs need anything in the future.

We had to put our standard Poodle Cherokee down this morning. The care and compassion that Lone Star Animal Hospital is just unbelievable. Dr. Candida Chairez walked us through the entire process and stayed afterwards. She then asked about what are some memories we liked best about Cherokee? All of the staff were amazing and if we could give 10 more stars, I DEFINITELY would give them 10!! Thank you for all that you do with our fur paw family members.
