My tow truck driver Riley was amazing. Very helpful. USAA had instructed me to leave the car there. I was out in the middle of nowhere in Valleyview, Texas! Let me say USAA has always been reliable, which is why I have stayed with them for 16 years. Because times like these they always come through and they always have amazing vendors much like Riley with Adams automotive and towing. Anyway, once he got to my apartment complex, he loaded my car in the area that I wanted, he was very friendly and nice. When it’s time to get my car towed to the shop I definitely want him to do it so I’m gonna request him. Hopefully, I can get him.
We have used Adams Towing twice in less than 2 weeks and Riley Smith was the driver, he is so pleasant, professional, courteous, friendly and he made the unpleasant situation of my car breaking down so much better, he should be commended for his excellent service, I appreciate how patient and courteous he is, thank you Riley!
