I cannot say enough good things about First Choice Auto & Tires in Van Alstyne, TX and especially about Z.
This is now the second time I have found myself in an unexpected, stressful situation with my car, worried that a tire repair was going to cost money I truly did not have. The first time, I honestly prayed that God would lead me somewhere that would not take advantage of me or overcharge me, and I ended up here. That is when I met Z.
He helped me that day and repaired my tire at no cost. I remember leaving completely shocked that there are still people in this world who are that kind, honest, and willing to help someone simply because it is the right thing to do.

I’ve had to go multiple times, especially with the construction in Van Alstyne. Cannot explain how much this place takes care of people. Won’t BS you if they can’t fix something and will be quick if they can do it. Prices are very reasonable. Most of all I felt safe unlike some other tire shops around.
