Outstanding experience with the Swiss Air team today! Had a holiday weekend heater failure at our cabin located in the greater Concan (very rural) area. Left a voice mail with Swiss around 9:15am. Received a call back within 15 minutes. Within 30 minutes after that, I received a call from the tech. Within 90 minutes after that, the problem was solved and he walked me through the exact cause and recommendations for how to improve my system moving forward. Highly impressed and highly recommend Swiss Air. They were incredibly responsive, fast, and helpful.

I can honestly tell you that I had an amazing experience with this company. I live 5 hours away from our home in Utopia and the AC went out on our guests on a Saturday morning. I called all my regular contacts and none of them responded. But Swiss Air had an after hours answering machine and I got a call back within 30 minutes. The tech Andrew was there within the hours. He was extremely polite and professional. He got the job done quickly and my AC turned back on. Additionally he saw some other minor issues while he was there and took care of those as well. I am very please with the service I received and would definitely use them again.

France came out in a very remote area charged my a/c and identified a leak in my evaporative coil and ordered me another one and came back and installed the new one. Great professionalism and Great service and reasonable prices. Did not disappoint.
