Outstanding experience with the Swiss Air team today! Had a holiday weekend heater failure at our cabin located in the greater Concan (very rural) area. Left a voice mail with Swiss around 9:15am. Received a call back within 15 minutes. Within 30 minutes after that, I received a call from the tech. Within 90 minutes after that, the problem was solved and he walked me through the exact cause and recommendations for how to improve my system moving forward.
