Based on the reviews, the Tyler VA Clinic is a nice new facility that is clean, modern, and organized. The front desk staff are very professional, courteous, helpful, and patient. The doctors and staff are outstanding, with the optometry and primary care services being top notch. The customer service is outstanding, and the clinic makes transfers seamless. However, there are also reports of cancelled appointments and a lack of community care. Some providers miss appointments and neglect to make phone or video appointments. Overall, many find it one of the best VA clinics, while others feel the service is poor.
Nice new facility. Front desk staff are very professional and courteous. Today i visited optometry and everyone was a upmost professional and friendly. Last week i saw my primary care and the service was as outstanding. Recently moved to Texas from NY. Although the facility i went to in NY was larger, Tyler VA made the transfer seamless.
Tyler VA staff and doctors are outstanding! A recent visit to the optical department went very well. In a week or so I received my new glasses. I returned there and had them adjust the ear pieces and the gentleman that preformed that service did a great job. I am very pleased with the health care they provide for me.
The New Tyler VA Clinic and personnel are top notch. This is the way a VA Clinic should look and operate. Set the bar high and only accept exceptionally awe-inspiring work and results for those who have served and sacrificed for so many.
