My experience with Joe was great. Purchasing a manufactured was a brand new experience for me and my wife and solitaire homes was the first place I went too. I was blessed to meet Joe and he gave me and my wife a lot of knowledge about manufactured home. We shopped around other places and I was about to purchase a home from a different dealer. I went back to Joe to let him know that I found a different home and I wasn’t going to be purchasing the home that we had talked about. Joe was so knowledgeable and patient with my husband and I being first time buyers. We did not feel pressured, he took care of us like someone who cares about making their customers HAPPY. Not JUST securing a sale. We got what we actually wanted and in our budget. I can’t give Joe enough flowers. Thanks!

We just closed on a home with Solitaire. So far, so good! Can't wait to finally have a home of our own. Russel has been great from the beginning answering all our questions and staying in close contact. I have no doubt Jessica and Chad will keep up the 5 star treatment as we move on to the next steps in the process.
