Was looking for a new home in Tyler Tx. Sidar is one of the builders there. For non or limited custom homes, there are a few prominent builders. Sidar, DR Horton, Stylecraft, one or two others in an around Tyler.
Sidar, though not the most customizable is a great option. Working with David, you feel seen and heard. He's upfront, transparent, and truly values your time. The quality in model and spec homes being built looked very good. Options though limited are nice and complementary to pretty much any style. Frankly for the most part are easily changeable independently.

Wish we would have found them sooner! Was an amazing experience, from start to end. The team they have made us feel welcomed, was very informative and made extensive measures to make me and my wife feel secure in our new home! The left no doubt on the table for my family! Also prime location spot in Tyler, they can see the future of the town and are proactive with where they build for the families moving into their homes!
I don’t have enough kind words to say about every member of the Sidar team! They were responsive, flexible, generous, and patient throughout the entire process. They were also always true to their mission of glorifying God…and we couldn’t be happier with our home!
