Shawn was up front with cost and how to determine my actual spending before showing me a house I could love and never afford. Instead he showed me 3 houses and 1 that I could absolutely say I love and can afford. Thank you.
The home buying experience was an absolute dream with Magic Steve, Glenn and their whole team! Everyone was amazing. We traveled 8 hours to visit their location and we do not regret it! Everyone was very patient and answered all of our questions. We had a great time and now we have a new Cavco Home! Thank you team!!!
Glenn was extremely knowledgeable on the all the homes shown to us, he did very good with helping find what fit us best! I could not recommend a better sales person to help you find a new home!
