Geek Squad

For pick up gave me a guy that was very nice and helped me reload my documents but I think he was new because he had to ask others for help. I travel to use Geek Squad so I was a bit anxious to get back on the road. Thought just a simple pick up, show me a couple of things and go. My pick up and go took more than 30 minutes. Nice employees though.

I took my camera & lens in multiple times and Alex helps in each of my visits. He showed me how to care for it properly.He did a great job, very knowledgeable and importantly very helpful.

Google chrome book died. Asked guy if my files could be retrieved. Told me not unless I had them backed up on Onedrive. Found out later that's not the case. Chrome books files are accessible thru Google Drive. He should have known this
