When Starlink offered Best Effort service to those of us on the waitlist, our internet was so slow I was ready to try anything. I called Bluelight Technologies, and within a week, Joseph came out and did all the installation necessary to bring our internet into this century. He told me what auxiliary equipment I’d need to order directly from Starlink when I booked the appointment, later confirmed the date, and did a professional install for the quoted price. And when a power surge the next week took us offline, he helped troubleshoot over the phone to get things back up and running.
