Called them on Tuesday telling them I had an issue with my air conditioner. They told me they were booked out until November but managed to work me in took it to them yesterday and they quickly found the issue and fixed it in 1 day! They were very professional and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need!! They will definitely who I will continue to use from now on!
I had a rare experience today with these guys. My rv had a window issue. I was prepared to replace the window. After they looked at the window and it was determined that a simple gasket would solve the problem. They had the gasket in stock. They were professional and knowledgeable. It was obvious these guys know what they are doing. Highly recommend them!
SO IMPRESSED - - We have had our unit to that big fancy place (CW) numerous times over the past few years and they have never fixed the problems so we had to keep going back yet they never really helped us out once we bought our unit. East Texas RV Repair let us make an appointment to bring it to them and AMAZING!!! They found the issues and fixed them keeping us informed all through the process.
