Keith came out to work on our AC... it kept blowing a breaker. He fixed the problem and told us we might want to think about a power surge protector since we lived in the country and the power goes off quit a bit. He installed it right then. He check out our unit and did not charge a service charge, just the price for the part. He was very professional and clean cut. Thank you Keith for being prompt as well as helpful..
I'm so pleased w/the service I receive from ETR, & the technician Larry in particular. I really like having the same tech come out for my semi-annual service. Larry is very good at explaining everything to me & letting me know the work he's done. I look forward to working w/him & ETR in the future.
