Very professional! Everything was explained step by step. My comfort was a priority and was asked many times if I had any questions or concerns. Was even asked if I could be prayed over prior to going for the procedure. This meant more to me than they could ever imagine! I'm a religious man and I pray daily. So to be asked if I was ok with a prayer... I welcomed it with open arms and heart!!!
