So far, trying to get into their patient portal took multiple tries. Many phone calls, they couldn't get my Medicare # to work even though I have had no problems with other docs. In waiting room, waiting for first visit. Will update as cataract surgery progesses.
First visit took around 2.5 hrs or so. In one room for a test then 2 or 3 others, finally saw doctor. I was comfortable w doc as he explained what he thought I needed based on his obvious many, many years of experience.
