This is not a massage for the faint of heart, but if you’re dealing with chronic pain, muscle tension, or fascia tightness, she is the therapist you want. She has a remarkable ability to find the source of the problem and work through it effectively. I always leave feeling better and moving more freely. I have been to 4 appointments (highly recommend buying the bundle) and have more hip mobility than when I started and have been able to start jogging again.“
