I cannot say fully what Guinia’s hands did in my massage session but it was transformative. I went in with SI joint pain, pelvic misalignment and I felt so much relief to those areas during and after. It is also refreshing to have a woman of color massage therapist in this area. Who is an expert in anatomy and the things women experience in midlife. She combined breathing, abdominal work and to be honest I have had ALOT of different forms of massage and have never had someone explain the different areas she was working on .

Guinia is an exceptional massage therapist. I went to her for my post op lymphatic massage treatments. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I love her bedside manner as well.

Guinia’s massage has been a wonderful experience. As a personal trainer, I need my body to perform properly, and Guinia helps ensure it’s in “tip-top” shape. She is massage thoroughness; deeply relaxing. Shows courtesy every way possible. I felt extremely comfortable and at ease.
