We are so happy we chose Aquascapes for our backyard renovation! From our very first meeting with Sean and Kat, they were always willing to answer any questions we had, walk us through the process, and offer suggestions and design ideas based upon their years of experience. Everyone from Aquascapes was a pleasure to work with - from finalizing the design, construction and pool school. During this most recent freeze in January, our pool experienced an event that caused the water to drain. We were extremely worried the foundation might crack due to exposure. The customer service from this company was above and beyond. They came out in the adverse weather, quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered a part and repaired it poste haste.I am extremely glad these guys built my pool. I've had the pool for approximately 8 years now and this is the first issue we've had, and they were quick to respond. Big shoutout to Sean and his crew! We are big fans of these guys!
