“It's been almost five years since I stayed here. The staff on duty were very courteous and friendly. Upon checking in, I had this wonderful conversation with the front desk staff-on-duty. Just small talk on how I-45 Southbound had heavy traffic what looked like an automobile accident due to all the fire trucks involved. He told that worried him because that was his main route home, and thanked me for the heads up. (When I checked out the following morning, he was on duty, and he told me that he found an alternate route home. Once again, he thanked me for the heads up.) Oh! I forgot to mention that check-in quick and easy. My assigned room was at the top on the fourth floor. It was part of an adjoining room which I had no problem with. The only that I was concerned about was that upon my room the door made a loud noise when it was closing; therefore, my apologies to my next door neighbor(s) for the slamming sound. The room was a bit warm due to the set temperature (75 degrees Fahrenheit), but no worries, it can be adjusted to whatever you deem is comfortable. A bit wear and tear on of the walls, but it looked like it was decently patched up. Bathroom included basic necessities, but what surprised me that the shower included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I don't it included those the last time I stayed. Only thing that was missing was an ironing board. No problem because I used the bed as a substitute. I didn't take advantage of The Bistro while I stayed there. Maybe the next time? All-in-all my stay here was, once again, comfortable and quiet.“

She is nice, knowledgeable, and always shows an urgency in getting my issue resolved. Mike is who has come out before and he is awesome. Lou came out and quickly assessed the issue and was descriptive of everything taking the time to explain what was wrong and wrote it down (I was selling my house, and it was leaking at the meter and determined it was from my neighbor's side). Asked if he had additional time to look at another issue and quickly changed out 2 outdoor spigots (both were rusted - 1 had a leak and the other I had to cut off the hose end I couldn't remove during winter). Prices seemed affordable compared to others I've called or dealt with previously. Have since moved away from the area but have his number saved to share with others and if we ever move back!
