I called Critter One on a Monday regarding noises in my attic and spoke with Zach. He came out that same afternoon and did an inspection and then sat down and explained everything about what needed to be done and all their procedures but he also listened intently to my concerns and answered all my questions.He scheduled his team to come out the next day. Jeff (and his helper) was absolutely amazing!! This review is long overdue. I have used Critter One of Houston, LLC few times already for general pest control for the exterior area of our home. They are efficient, punctual, responsive and knowledgeable. They explain everything, and honest about what you need and don't need. Pricing is reasonable. I had tried another company in between and still went back to Critter One of Houston, LLC because I really see a difference after using their services.
