I called Critter One on a Monday regarding noises in my attic and spoke with Zach. He came out that same afternoon and did an inspection and then sat down and explained everything about what needed to be done and all their procedures but he also listened intently to my concerns and answered all my questions.He scheduled his team to come out the next day. Jeff (and his helper) was absolutely amazing!! I had a raccoon problem and he got straight to work sealing access points and even re-painted the areas that had to be sealed with some leftover paint I had.A couple of days later after I called to report a sound, they came back and noticed that a raccoon had tried to re-enter a sealed point- they quickly reinforced the sealing and thoroughly rechecked every access point again. Jeff was always super efficient, knowledgeable and kind. He is the Best!Then a few days later I heard another sound in my attic and called. Immediately Jeff came back and set a trap in the attic- this time they caught a possum!My house has been silent ever since- for the first time in months…..??????This team is absolutely wonderful!! I’m so glad I called them. They are so professional, thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant!! Their prices are very reasonable and they never failed to answer my call.I wish I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️ because they deserve more! I Highly recommend them!!

This review is long overdue. I have used Critter One of Houston, LLC few times already for general pest control for the exterior area of our home. They are efficient, punctual, responsive and knowledgeable. They explain everything, and honest about what you need and don't need. Pricing is reasonable. I had tried another company in between and still went back to Critter One of Houston, LLC because I really see a difference after using their services. One day I found evidence of termites in my house! Critter One of Houston, LLC took care of the issue promptly, professionally and at a very reasonable price. They found that the termite infestation was isolated to an area in my crawl space and addressed this without trying to expand the work. I would highly recommend them. Critter One of Houston, LLC is a great company. We would definitely recommend them and use them again. They we're very responsive, showed up on short notice and did an excellent job. No more wasp nest. Jake checked around the house to be sure there were no more wasp nests. It was a great relief having Jake come out. Their prices were very reasonable. Do yourself a big favor and call them, you won't be sorry.

I had a very pleasant experience using Critter One of Houston, LLC for my pest control needs. James the inspector was very thorough on his termite inspection at my house. Also, he was very clear and concise on the company's treatment plan. Speaking of which, the termite termite doesn't require us to leave my house and provides the same warranty as a fumigation. We have used Critter One of Houston, LLC two times to get rid of ant infestations and they were wonderful. It was easy to make the appointment and both instances were completely hassle free and the ants were totally gone. I would use them for any pest or vermin problems! I highly recommend!!!
