Chic Shades Hair Salon offers a great experience with true professionals. Kiera shared her knowledge regarding hair concerns and was professional, prompt and courteous. First time experience with Kierra was great; she was great at educating and gentle with a tender headed child. First time clients find Jeanae very welcoming, reassuring and helpful for scalp treatments, moisture treatments and blow outs. The salon provides 10/10 best experiences, with stylists who answer all questions and explain the hair process. From virtual consultation to color and cut appointments, everything is superb with outstanding customer service, quality, pricing, and comfort. The ladies are pleasant and professional, and the salon has its very own esthetic. Clients look forward to returning, including those who travel from another state.

First time experience with Kierra was great. She was great at educating me and my daughter on her first ever silk press. My daughter is tender headed and raved about how gentle she was, nice and kind. Definitely will be returning back!

It’s been a while since I’ve gone to a hair salon so I was a bit self conscious on the state of my hair, but Jeanae was very welcoming, reassuring and helpful!
