I was less than impressed with my experience at Drybar. The greeting when I arrived felt unwelcoming, and unfortunately the experience only declined from there. While washing my hair, the water was very cold, so I politely asked if it could be warmed up. Leslie responded by saying that if she made it too warm, it would burn her hands, which came across as dismissive rather than accommodating.

During styling, she asked where I normally part my hair. I told her either side works for me, and she responded that it would be easier for her to part it in the middle and that it could be changed later. The overall service was just okay, but the lack of customer care and...read full review

Drybar is the best! We came to get blowouts for family pictures and the blowout lasted throughout the evening and the next day! The staff here is amazing, the location is clean, everyone had a great time!

Esme has been my go to stylist for several years now! She goes above and beyond to make sure my hair is perfect! Plus, she is so much fun to talk with and the kindest soul! When I get to start my day with a blowout from Esme it’s always an amazing day!!! I love her to pieces! I would highly recommend scheduling with her, you won’t regret it!
