I have worked on a Mac professionally since 1992. All of us Apple users know how particular we are about our machines and how we like them set up (fonts, images, data, programmed short cuts, ect.). And even though we back up our data, it's always slightly scary turning them over to a third party (especially when it requires opening the machines). IFix recently did some repairs to my Macbook Air and I could not be happier. They went OVER AND ABOVE to make sure they fixed the issue and more! They kept me constantly updated via phone calls and texts. In the end, I walked out of their The Colony location with my machine BETTER than when I went it. Totally impressed and relieved to know that I can trust them to take care of my computer and iPhones!!! THANK YOU!!!

JJ is the best technician I’ve seen, I used to go to Walmart and they scammed me and decided to try IFix, JJ got me fixed up fast and at a reasonable price I really appreciate their service JJ service and the knowledge they provide.

I took my Mom to Ifix and JJ was awesome. She has a virus that stopped her from using her phone. He took time to explain what was going on and deleted the apps. She wanted to repair her screen but he advised to replace the phone instead because it was more cost effective. You don’t see that everyday!
