“We had a clogged sink as well as a leak right before the weekend, I called Chris and he said he would be able to stop by on Monday. He helped give me some recommendations to get us through the weekend until he could get there.He communicated his arrival time via text and arrived early. He assessed the issue and fully explained what needed to be done and the cost to fix the issues, clog in the pipe and a broken disposal. He quickly fixed both items.After the job we had a couple questions about other things in our home and he stayed and fully answered and explained those, really appreciated that level of customer service.I will definitely be calling Chris again to help us in the future, highly recommend!!“

“We have a difficult hot water situation with trouble with sediment and a Rinnai tankless water heater. After several three different trips, consultation with Rinnai, Marc stayed with our issue and did not stop until we had reliably hot water. We had a pump replaced on our hot water line, an Aqua Stat placed, and the correct dip switch placement. He even cleaned out the sediment from the water heater filter. I highly recommend PlumbDoctors and Marc was excellent. He communicated every step of the way in this process. I would use them again!“
