My only complaint was cleanup from his crew; they left roofing debris on both my reddish flagstone stoops leaving them dirty and hard to remove black residue. I cleaned both with Awesome and water mixture after sweeping them down.“
“We contacted SmartHomes to redo our roof because we could hear squirrels scratching in the attic and therefore needed to redo the roof quickly. Franklin came over for the inspection and explained the whole process, material choice with me. We asked more questions about the roof ventilation and Franklin was able to help us with that as well. We chose them and the day of the work, while they were working on the roof, there was an incident (mainly due to an issue to the original roof) that affected the ceiling in one room below the attic. They called another crew and were able to fix the ceiling the same day. That was a great relief for us. We think they were very professional and responsive when the emergency occurred. They also cleaned up after the work was done, and were always available to answer questions.I would definitely recommend them.“
