We had Sienna install a metal roof that looks like composite roofing. Sales process was good. A slight blip in the proposal but readily corrected. Andre communicated well leading up to start date and was very helpful in obtaining samples of the metal roof and a standard composite roof to get HOA approval. Communication while in progress was good. The metal roof took longer than a standard composite roof to install. A heads up on that would have been nice. But, it wasn’t a big problem. Crew and clean up was good. Overall a very good experience.
The team at Sienna Roofing were all professionals from the first time I talked to the person getting my appointment to Technician Andre. He was honest from the beginning and said that the Shingle piece I found in my front yard did not come from my roof but he checked my whole roof with me and took pictures, before and after, of all potential problem areas. He also cleaned all my gutters and roof area and charged me a fair price for all the work. We are very pleased with our experience and how honest and straightforward all the transactions were.
