We recently upgraded our breezeway to a covered patio. First Colony Roofing did an outstanding job from beginning to end. Tom oversaw all levels of construction and brought workers in who were skilled and professional. He checked in daily on the progress and to update us on delays. We would absolutely recommend this company!!

We had 3 different roofers come to give us a quote for a leak we had coming from our roof when it rained. Mr. Tom came into the attic and right away said "That's your problem. You need your seals replaced." He was the ONLY person to catch the problem, that quickly. Other roofers wanted to pull up the decking "to see where the leak was coming from." We had already explained that the leak was coming directly from the roof pitch, and we had it on video that we showed them!! Additionally, Mr. Tom gave the most reasonable price. We unfortunately were out of town the following week he planned to do the repairs, but he sent out his guys to fix it nonetheless on July 3rd. They took care of the problem right on time! The following day (July 4th), had incredibly heavy rains in the Houston area. Our neighbor checked on the ceilings that evening, and she called to report that everything looked good! We were SO relieved. We are very pleased with this company and will recommend them again!

I had my roof redone about a year with them. I felt Tom knew what he was doing. It did take some time before they were able to do it but it was right after a major storm. I felt the price was good or at least fair. I am overall happy with the work. I also found almost no nails after they were done.
