“Today, Ampika gave me the best deep tissue massage I've ever had in all my life. Not joking. I had some problem areas that were spasming and even had some pain due to bike riding and the seat positioning. By the time she finished the 1 hour the pain was pretty much non existent. I've never had a massage that was so incredibly effective. I'm going back next week - I can't believe the experience. I've never trying another massage therapist. My only concern is that if everyone finds her, it will be harder to get in for an appointment. Selfish, I know ?. Run to her! She will get you straightened out!“

“Dr. Zummo and her team at Parkway Family Chiropractic changed the course of my pregnancy for the good! I wish I would’ve started seeing them sooner. This office was my “happy place” during my last trimester.From the first appointment, Dr. Zummo and her staff were so compassionate and thorough with diagnosing and treating me. I was having a difficult experience with my OB insisting that I would need to have a C-Section despite my reluctance to do so. Dr. Zummo listened to and validated my worries and pushed me to advocate for myself and my medical care.Fortunately, I was able to have the delivery outcome that we hoped for. As an ultrasound tech my body is required to adjust to each patient and Mr. Les found muscles that no therapist has ever paid attention to. “I received the Pain and Aches service. I was able to use my HSA card from work. This was next level amazing. The entire experience was incredible. The people there have an absolutely beautiful energy. You can feel that the therapist believe in the science of ayurvedic medicine. “KAREN IS A TRUE HIDDEN GEM. After going to Karen, any other massage feels superficial.She **actually** relieves the tension. She helped me get back on my feet when I had a pregnancy groin strain and back pain that my (also, very skilled) chiropractor couldn’t relieve completely, even with some trigger point release massage. Since then, I’ve come back to her when I have general tightness that mounts to being unbearably distracting. Rather than massaging directly where I point to the trouble spots, she understands the muscle structure and fascia to target the root issue (I.e., extending my arm and massaging the interior muscle to address my neck tightness) and explained what I can do at home to help with this.She is incredibly skilled, very reasonably priced (at risk of paying more, she is honestly underpriced and I walk away feeling like I should be giving her all my money), and, most importantly, she is a genuine and kind soul.“

“Just had my first prenatal massage with Astrid and had to immediately write this review since I was really impressed. I am currently 5 months pregnant and needed another massage this month and couldn't get in with my regular therapists so I booked it last minute with Cru Day Spa. Im glad I did! I had a great experience overall. I was greeted by friendly front desk staff and asked to fill out some forms in their tranquil room. It has such a calming and relaxing vibe overall. There was a Keurig machine for coffee and a cucumber lemon water dispenser. There was no wait for my massage and was then greeted by my massage therapist, Astrid, who really made sure she understood my needs. I asked for a relaxing massage and it truly was. She wasn't afraid to go a little deeper on my neck and upper back area since she felt some tension. She even started to massage with hot stones to help break up my muscles a little better. Overall she had a great technique. She was making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole massage by asking me if I was doing okay and if the pressure was adequate.I will definitely be back for my next prenatal massage with her.Also my husband had first had his massage with her last week and he said she was wonderful for his Swedish massage.Can't wait to come back here!!“
